What We Offer
-
The initial appointment is a 40-minute session designed to provide a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore what has brought you to therapy.
During this session, we’ll discuss your sexual wellbeing, relationships, communication, boundaries, contraception choices, or any concerns you’d like support with. We’ll clarify your goals, explore relevant history, and ensure that the service feels like the right fit for your needs.
By the end of the session, most clients feel clearer about their direction and supported with a personalised plan for moving forward. Where appropriate, this may include recommended strategies, resources, or referrals.
Sessions are available via secure video (virtual), phone, or in person upon request.
-
Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes and provide continued support as we build on the foundations established in your initial appointment. These sessions focus on deepening insight, developing practical strategies, tracking progress toward your goals, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
We’ll check in regularly on how things are evolving, adjust our approach as needed, and move at a pace that feels right for you.
Sessions are available via secure video (virtual), phone, or in-person upon request.

Couples counselling sessions are 60 minutes and are designed to support partners in strengthening connection, improving communication, and working toward shared relationship goals.
Before beginning joint sessions, each partner is required to attend their own 40-minute individual appointment. These initial sessions help ensure that couples work will be safe, appropriate, and supportive for everyone involved. They also provide space to understand each person’s perspective, goals, and current position within the relationship.
Once joint sessions commence, we focus on supporting your goals as a couple, whether that involves rebuilding trust, navigating desire differences, improving communication, enhancing intimacy, or working through ongoing challenges. Counselling can also provide structured support during relationship strain, breakdown, or when navigating a thoughtful and respectful separation or ending.
At times, additional individual sessions may be suggested alongside couples work, depending on each person’s goals and circumstances.
Sessions are available via secure video (virtual) or in-person upon request.

I offer a complimentary 20-minute professional enquiry call for health practitioners, organisations, and community partners who would like to connect.
This call provides an opportunity to discuss referral pathways, collaborative care, partnership opportunities, training events, workshops, or keynote speaking engagements. It’s a space to explore how we might work together to support clients, teams, or communities in the area of sexual wellbeing and relationship health.
If you’re interested in collaborating, co-facilitating, hosting an event, or learning more about my services, you’re warmly invited to get in touch to arrange a time to connect.
