Grace McBride - Founder and Practitioner
I’m a qualified counsellor and psychosexual therapist passionate about helping people feel more confident, connected, and at ease within their relationships, sexuality, and sense of self.
Talking about sex, intimacy, and relationships can feel vulnerable or even taboo but it doesn’t have to be. I believe everyone deserves a safe, respectful space where they can explore these parts of their lives openly, without shame or judgement. My work is about creating that space for you.
With a academic background in behavioural science, counselling, and sexual and reproductive health, I support individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as relationship breakdowns, intimacy concerns, consent, communication, behavioural addictions, and sexual wellbeing. Together, we work collaboratively to understand what’s happening, unpack barriers, and build the tools and confidence you need to advocate for your values, wants, and needs.
My approach is warm, practical, and client-centred blending evidence-based therapy with genuine human connection. You are the expert in your life; I’m here to guide, support, and walk alongside you.
If you’re ready to start a conversation, I’d love to support you.
