About Me

I’m Grace, a registered sexologist, psychosexual therapist, and counsellor with a strong passion for sexual and reproductive health. I support individuals and couples to better understand their sexuality, strengthen intimacy and communication, and develop a healthier, more compassionate relationship with sex.

My work is grounded in the belief that sexuality is a normal, meaningful, and evolving part of being human. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where clients can talk openly about sex, intimacy, identity, and pleasure often for the first time without fear of shame or stigma.

Graceful Sexology is an inclusive and affirming practice. I welcome all expressions of gender, sexuality, relationship status and dynamics. This is a space where every part of your sexual self is respected, supported, and valued.
